Jules seems so out of his element... They're coming to Lollapalooza Brazil in april but I'm really thinking If It would worth It to Go. It's very boring to see him uncomfortable.

He seems embrassed or to shy to perform nowadays it's weird. He could be insecure about his vocals maybe but when they first came out he was more confident and was just more present in the moment. He always looked the audience right in the eyes with an intensity to connect. I don't what happened to him since then but his performance have been underwhelming for awhile now.

@@--REGULAR--REGULAR Very true. He also went, artistically wise, in a different direction when he started his solo carrer and later the Voidz. Political conscience took over him, which I figure as a positive thing, but he seemed to see The Strokes as a too mainstream thing, and, infortunetaly, "a necessary evil" to provide him the Financial stability necessary to fund the Indie venture he founded. A Shame, since he could dedicate to both without losing the verve.

@@--REGULAR--REGULAR well, he was drunk for the 1st part of 2000s so thats the reason he was more confident, even he described these years as a drunken blur, and he was always a bit weird nothing new about that, im just glad they are coming back with a new album
