@@-moon_freak- doing better than I was last week. On the first Friday of August I hurt self again after almost two weeks, and the next day (Saturday) I had a panic attack. Would be better, but therapist is busy this week. Before I started with my current therapist I wasn't comfortable talking about my depression/anxiety to anyone I knew irl. Now I go to therapy with a person I'm comfortable talking to, and we do art projects such as making jewelry as we talk
