I had not heard of this band until it was announced they are playing at the Missouri State Fair. When I saw the lead singer I couldn't believe how much he looked like my beloved Freddy Mercury. I just listened to a couple songs and I am blown away by your talent! I'm 61 years old and thought my groupie days were long over. Looking forward to seeing you live at the fair.

Mick and Stevens best days are far behind them. But I love this guy. He’s a throwback to when Rock n Roll reigned supreme and this band just mesh together so well. Can’t believe they’re not bigger than they are.

@@kamikazefox I get that objectively speaking, yeah they ain't what they used to be (referring to Mick and Steven) however for their age they can still move and groove a lot better than the lost grandpa Ozzy and Brian Johnson are/were. All due respect of course to their music. And yeah I agree, The Struts deserve a lot more attention than they get. I am a little new to them myself, only discovering them a couple weeks ago, but I am sorely disappointed in myself. I usually only listen to 70s and 80s rock so I never explored much modern stuff. The Struts really do bring back a lot of the soul and passion from that era.

Yeah, the guy looks like Freddie, and he plays with the clichee too. But he has one thing Freddie didn't have, and that's a rasp. Which is nice. The music itself doesn't sound much like Queen either. If you only hear the audio, you wouldn't even think of Queen. And I'm about the biggest Queen fan in the world, so if there was any similarity, I would find it. I know EVERYTHING Queen ever published, and most of the bootlegs ;)
