Her gift is allowing us the audience to also become the song for the few short minutes that she sing it. That is why we listen over and over again. We are so lucky to have her come into our lives and sing for us because we will never see someone like her again in our lifetime.

I can't explain why I can watch all of Courtney's videos and never get tired or bored of any of them. I have lots of favorite artist throughout the years since the 60's that I've loved but never have I been able to listen or watch them thousands of times like I can Courtney's videos and still get the same excitement as the 1st time I watch them. @@urecycle6043 And she does it so well at such a young age. A young MJ comes to mind when I think about her carisma, attitude with a lot more passion and possibly a lot more marketability. Although she has to wait due to circumstances she has no control over I really think her breakout moment is going to have a huge impact on the music world. It should, she deserves at least that for all the bad luck she's had the past few years since Woodstock, and the Austria festival got canceled due to COVID and all the delays with recording she's had to deal with because of it.

Did a great job on this performance. When she did it impromptu on AGT she didn't have much time to work on it with the band but it was still great. On this you can tell she had a little more of a familiarity. I love that one scream she does where it looks like her head is going to explode as she extends the note. Cant see it as well in this version because of the camera angle and she spins around...but it's there. Never saw Janis do that! Love what she brings to anything she does.
