Dear Viewer, This is not true. Virat Bhawan had these all measures for a long time, more than 10 years. Two staircases cannot be built in a small time, the breadth of Staircases had been this way since the building was constructed. Virat Bhawan had the Fire NOC in 2006 also. So all equipments and Fire Measures had been in place for a long time, being regularly checked and updated since then.
