Hi, love your videos. I'm looking at purchasing a RG80. I currently have a Carlton SP5014. You said you have about 800 hours on the machine. About how many hours do you get out of the Head/Jack Shaft Bearings before having to replace them? Also how many hours between greasing those bearings? I'm literally greasing my between each job to try to get as much life out of them on the Carlton and still only getting 200-250 hours, I do live in Florida so the dirt here loves to find its way in to the bearings.

Wonder about the wear on the grinding wheel? . My RG 80 is doing the same thing with the rayco teeth and just under 200 hours. Rayco must have used softer metal on this generation machine as I have a RG 50 with almost 2900 hours and it is not that worn down.
