@@C-R-l-M-S-O-N explain how that makes it "the exact opposite" unless you're clumsily trying to say Elizabeth takes a different approach to her own toxicity than Jack does. fight club is about turning toxic societal perceptions and self-hate inward... the same as the Substance. if you think it's actually about rejecting the corporate structure I'd suggest you need to go back and read it again?

The grossest, hottest movie I've ever recommended to anyone. It's like the director saw "Fight Club" and "Irreversible" and said "hold on, watch me top them." I don't know how many times I've watched it at this point. Just nonpareil.
