My wife, young son and myself are one step closer to being a part of James’ family. I’ll MAKE time next year on making a trip to see them in person. I was an orphan, but James is my agent for one of my policies. Been listelistening and watching James and Ryan since 2020. Can’t go wrong with either of these fine gentlemen. I came within an eyelash of going down that 10/90 road w/annually renewable term. I’m just grateful I found this podcast and learned about properly designed WLI before I chose that route. Truly grateful for you two & this podcast.

No one else is talking about the importance of paying substantial premium from your free cash flow. This is so important! To everyone else it's all about premium finance or just transferring stacks of money around, then taking that policy loan immediately. All the other small base, 10/90 nonsense flows down from there. If you aren't changing your behavior, are you really becoming your own banker?? Great episode, thank you gentlemen.
