I don't know about the screen time so i can't speak on that but what i do know is that they said even in his most recent interview that they all come together singing the songs together and discuss which who gets which lines and how many they get. Hobi hasn't really expressed any distaste to how many lines he gets soo idk but ultimately hobi can voice his opinions and if he wants more line in certain songs he will say that
