Most excursions are closed but if you hire a car you can see alot when the weather's good. All the beaches are quieter, all historical sites open....trips to Antalya teal nice...busy in winter ...fethiye is busy also. Depends what you are looking for. There are still many restaurants and bars open. Hisaronu and Oludeniz are pretty much closed so really just the beaches, kaya koy ghost village is all open....free...so yes..things to see and do....buy to be honest ..to walk around town and just chill when the sun is out is good enough for alot of us in winter period. To Fethiye? You get a bus, 15 mins max, it's a stunning beautiful walk also, in the summer the boat taxi. Hisaronu and Oludeniz 40 mins 2 buses.
