The Sun & The Moon Live at The Marquee Club London 1989

Found the recording of this gig in a box in the garage, it was originally filmed by Rob Brown and is a second generation dupe.
When I was given this tape I promised not to sell it or distribute it, but now after 20 + years I think it should be shared as its a classic.

I saw them at Legends Warrington too. Thought they were brilliant. Maybe that was the tour before though. I remember they came on to the sounds of North Star by Philip Glass. Spine-tingling stuff

It was the same tour as when they played Legends the second time, in the big room, with New Morning as support.

Wish I had got to go to this and their earlier ChamUK years. tSatM was just a great iteration of inventions by mark with more to come. I didn't get to know about his other bands of the 1990s (Sons of God, Invincible) until the 2000s. I just thought they broke up and went on to do other things. R.I.P. John Levy and glad to have got to see Dave Fieldings with Mark in Oakland last year on their Vox tour.
