The Christmas Mass and the Easter Mass are special one-hour broadcasts celebrated annually by the bishops of the Archdiocese of Washington and the Diocese of Arlington.
Our mission is to bring the blessings of Jesus Christ’s presence and love, through The Sunday TV Mass, to the sick and those unable to leave their homes. How come only 30 mins? I thought this mass being the Ascension of our Lord would be a long Solemn mass.

The traditional greeting for the Ascension is Christ has ascended, which the response is “To the right hand of the Father; glory to Him.”
