@@auston0108 They are bringing him off the bench so they have more balanced scoring on the 1st and 2nd unit. You don’t need three 20 point per game scorer’s in the starting five. When a player is benched that means he isn’t playing at all.

Beal coming off bench is either to get him to want to trade or they’re trying rotation play. Which for one game isn’t bad especially against another aweful team this year. Trying something new is better than doing what we’ve been doing the last two years

I don't think it's about playing better. I think they are benching Beal to hurt his ego as a basketball player and make him waive his no trade clause. In the nurkic case I think they just decided to go young and athletic with the rookie.

@@Christopher._MI don’t know… I think from a winning team standpoint it makes sense to have Beal coming off the bench to provide scoring with the 2nd unit. It also will allow them to play bigger with the starting unit. I just think it would be more beneficial for the team having him come off the bench rather than starting.

They should’ve did this from the jump tyus , dunn , book , kd and need to get another center that should be the starting lineup perf a defensive center , with beal coming in when book sits its going to be scoring all on the floor at every moment with fresh legs

Reports are saying there is friction amongst the players and one player is quoted as saying “he doesn’t know what his role is” or something along those lines. Sound familiar? Didn’t KD say nearly that same thing last year in reference to Coach Vogel? I’m starting to think it’s KD that is the toxic player. This team has gotten worse since KD arrived. Coaches fired, players traded for worse players. I don’t think it’s a secret that KD clashed with CP3 because CP3 was the leader of the team and would hold others accountable and he didn’t like Ayton so Ayton got shipped out for a worse player. Even Vogel wanted Ayton here. KD doesn’t like playing in systems, KD doesn’t want to be a leader. He says he just wants to hoop but he does a lot of whining. He got Nash fired in Brooklyn also.

Honestly, if his is not surprising to me as I have previously mentioned that Beal should come off the bench to many reasons (mostly due to his injuries and bring more production off the bench) and adding Dunn to the starting line up is great, although I prefer oneale start over him if he comes back.

First off,SUNDO SVP VIDEO Second,I think Bol should be continuing to get more and more minutes like the past game or 2 Third,I think they should start Oso at center over plumlee. I know plumlee has more “experience” and I believe at one point started on the clippers,but the way he’s been playing he looks like Eubanks,and I don’t think in any universe we’d consider starting Eubanks. Maybe being a starter could help plumlees morale and could allow him to improve as a player,who knows. Go suns!

We must face the truth: The project "contender" has failed. It hurts me to say, but the only solution out of the trouble (and second apron) is to trade KD and our beloved franchise player Book, together with Nurk and Grayson Allen, to get as much first round picks as possible for the next years and to make a real rebuild of the team happen. Oso and Ryan have a great potential for the future and more young blood needs to come. Unfortunately Beal currently is untradable. I would like to keep T. Jones, but I don't think he wants to stay for a rebuild. (Furthermore he needs and surely wants to be paid more than currently). I see no other solution. (With a tear in my eye, as a long time Sun's fan).

Do you think that Bud is a good coach? I think he's the worst of the bunch. He deceived the owner and the GM making them think he would bring in a better offense when he didn't have a clue in how he would utilize a triple threat. He told everyone to spread the floor and shoot 3s . That's the only thing he did and it's made us worse. Booker and Durant are mid range assassins but in this spread the floor and shoot 3s offense there's no middle range set up for them from Jones. They're having to work hard to get their own mid range shots. The only easy shots they get are 3s which aren't high percentage for them. Listen to his press conferences after the games. He exhibits low energy trash affect with no solutions for the future. Ishbia should have done his research on why the bucks fired him. He didn't. He just got what he thought was the best available in the coaching turn style which wasn't much. A guy who rode the coattails of who the NBA thought would be the face of the NBA in Giannis until they realized he wasn't. The League favored him and the bucks over the suns. Maybe if ishbia were a fan of the suns at the time he would have realized that his championship was a sham that would never be repeated by him just like Vogel. Ishbia allowed Bud to fleece him so bad that he can't get rid of him without looking like a fool billionaire giving away his millions. But ishbia needs to consider what he is losing by keeping this clown. He'll lose Durant after this year without much bargaining power because everyone will know Durant is forcing his way out so the suns will have to settle for the least possible deal. Really dumb to screw this opportune season over a bad coach.
