The 93 Mario Movie was really lucky that it *WAS* so bad it was somehow good. Also casting directors have that power for better or worse. Hopefully if we can get a damn good Nintendo Cinematic Universe and they do Metroid and go through the lore that they make sure Brie Larson has nothing to do with it. Besides there are Cosplayers that can nail the character and know the lore better than her.
