The first time Super Turkeys were added into the game I was a noob who'd just tamed their first Bronto and was going "Ahaha! Look at all the berries I'm getting!" and then accidentally hit one hiding in a cluster of bushes (I'm not certain but iirc I actually just stepped on one and set it off with trample damage). It killed my bronto, followed me back to my base (because I was too much of a noob to realise what a terrible idea running home was), and killed everything else I had too. I've never forgotten, nor really forgiven, that Merry ****ing Christmas from the Ark Devs.

Liked because you figured out that weapons are WAY better than dinos on the very first turkey.. Syn apparently farmed all that he want/needed with a carno.. ridiculous. They can be killed with a few shotgun shots.

I was using a Thyla and just bleeding them out over like 5 mins each. Then I realised I can hit them with a pike and kill in just 5 seconds while they can't even dmg me or my Thyla lol

The turkey doesn’t seem to attack structures or passive tames. I’ve plant species surrounds by a fence of stone railings when it walks up to fence and I just snipe them with my best ranged attack. Head shots doing like 568. They become like any other alpha then. Just long and boring kill.

Yea I have just been trapping them since can then just do headshots until they die. My crossbow does 605 damage with headshot and still takes like 75 arrows to kill each one. They will go into the trap you always used for ravagers in ase.
