The Super Etendard has become my absolute favourite plane to use in air RB! It can pull like nobody's business and the top speed allows you to deal with mach 2 planes with ease. I love pulling out of head ons just to slap f104s from the rear as they blast by me, I can reliably pull that 180 before they get more than 1.8-2.4km away and the magic can do some work at those ranges. So much fun to use, and beautiful to look at!!

thank you for mentioning the etendard IVM's bugged engine performance, hopefully your larger reach and video will sway the mind of gaijin, and hopefully fix the etendard IVM soon. I also wish the super etendard would get bumped down to 9.7 or something, to think that thing is the same br as the chinese A-5C is absolutely stupid. The A-5C is absolutely brutal at 10.0, but that's for another day. 10.0 feels like a rough br for that thing, it's basically a slightly better, but also slightly worse in some way etendard, i honestly prefer the etendard IVM over the super etendard, althoug the flares makes a massive difference indeed, and 180 of them at that br is pretty decent.

I have to say that i have been doing fine with it, it is not the best of the br but is still pretty capable, as it is quite speedy for a non afterburner aircraalft, and with since it has a lot of countermeasures the other 10.0/3 subsonic attackers are quite easy to kill.

Love how that thing and the F-4C is the same BR. Laser guided munitions, flares, 30G missiles, marginally better maneuverability vs something that gets ran down by things lower in BR than it (inb4 "much mach 2 capable". Never happens.) has worse missiles, gets out BVR'd by planes below it, and gets to face all aspects with no flares to speak of. How they have just failed to even try and buff the 4C is beyond baffling. Simply calling it the F-4B and giving it flare pods, leaving the munitions the same would do it wonders.

To be fair any of the flareless jets that the tornado used to see were definitely in a rough spot because they can't even outrun it like you can with most all aspects carriers at that br. I mean imagine being up against an ids in your g91ys lol. And if we want to talk about things that are a bit more common than that, in your mirage 3c or j35d or f104j, it's hardly even an uptier to where the ids used to be, and you're a completely free kill to one unless you have terrain to use.

I don't see how it's ok to have a 1440kph 9l slinger at the same br as a flareless f104. I'm fine with a single aircraft suffering so that many others are playable. P.S. ignore kingghidorah if you don't already know to do that.
