Nice, yeah camcorders are still fun to use especially ones that have a night vision mode. Its a newer camcorder but I got a Sony FDR-AX53 to get into ghost hunting and paranormal stuff. You're right youtube is different now but as long as there's channels like yours its still worth it to be on the platform. Yeah you have been on here a long time and I've been a subscriber for several years now, I remember the first video that got me hooked was was your DIY camera shoulder rig build, always loved your camera and DIY stuff!

My old Canon S100 is one of my favorite all-time cameras I had three of them the problem was the lenses kept breaking they would not open or close.

Nice! Great little camera. Sometimes the lens got off track and would get stuck. That was aggravating.

I bought a pair of Canon Vixia R40's for 3D and eventually I bought an R70 just in case one died. These are all FHD. But all 3 are still working and in use. I have other cameras and camcorders for UHD. As far as I know, the R70 is an R40 w/a slightly better image processor which allows slightly higher max. digital zoom. But I don't use the digital zoom at all. The real zoom is enough.

To this day I do all my YT videos (with the exception of shorts, and I don't do many of those anyway....) with a Canon Vixia HF R500. About a year ago my first one quit working, so I jumped on ebay and bought another. And all is well again! Out of curiosity, what camera did you use to shoot this video?

I used the original Osmo Action camera. 1920x1080 at 60 fps. Shorts is phone. I also had the 50 😉
