Dear Ganesh, I just had to reach out after watching your podcast on KZbin. I can’t tell you how much I learned from it - I was genuinely blown away. It’s easy to take for granted the work that goes on behind the scenes, but listening to you dive deep into the process really opened my eyes. Your constant recaps and how you kept bringing the speaker back to the basics - that was a game-changer. It made everything so much more relatable and clear. And then there was Viraj… Wow. His authenticity and honesty were so refreshing. You could just feel his passion. I’m not just a fan of his products now, I’m a believer in the story and integrity behind them. Thank you for creating such a powerful platform. Watching this has motivated me more than you know.

Ganesh, these interviews are great, they are the best classroom sessions. Viewers must SEE, both Dheeraj of Jumbo King and Viraj Bahl were down to earth ( while thay have reached a high level in business and life) , never shyed away from sharing the detail. Such a great virtue, I believe this trait is what sets the successful people apart. Never show off, ready to learn, ready to pick up and restart when you fail. I am sure even today these guys LEARN from anyone who has right things to say and not feel TOO BIG TO ASK OR LEARN. One thing tghat does not come up is...any one dreaming of starting a new business, while planning must make " what will I do if I fail" ' how will I get up and restart if I fail" part of the planning. Now we liosten to ones that are a success, but there are so many who failed too.....

Hi I’m from culinary background and was a manager at QSR, the explosive growth of retail was due to the fact the consumers wanted restaurant taste in their home, every customer used to come and ask for sauce brand, that’s why they got so much success in retail. Coming to the innovative sauce which were tasty didn’t succeed only due to the fact they were not present in restaurant. Indian consumers don’t like new palette (they say they open to new taste but reality is different) that’s why they always order butter chicken/paneer, do pyaza, dal makhini whenever they go to restaurant.. Thanks, As always normally I don’t watch podcasts but was bound to watch this.. Great going Ganesh!!

I am not even half way through the video and have learnt so so much! I actually came to this video from the shorts and the comments over there were very condescending of Veeba. Negatively criticizing their taste, claiming how is it healthy or or matters if it is going in junk foods like burger and pizza. Then I come here and surfed through the comments and they are worlds apart. A clear example of what kind of people just scroll-troll-move and what kind takes their time to understand and appreciate the efforts of someone way ahead of them and tries to learn!! Hats-off to think school to cultivate such a community. (Side note: I think shorts people misunderstood quality assurance and food safety with simply taste and end product experience. Veeba is used in many homes as well which can be healthier and more hygienic than junk foods outside. It is even stated here that taste is subjective but science is not!! Also disappointed that they recommended other companies like del monte but do not support the initiatives in their own countries.)

I did not understand the maslow's hirearchy of needs at 55:05. Should it have been in a way where Ketchup is on the bottom most at what we call physiological needs.
@shams24aks3 ай бұрын
I think it was given as analogy. It is like who are buying which product more. A household which does not make sandwiches for their meals wont buy other sauces. Which is true for comparativley lower socio economic status. So a person who sees a product that may be high end for them say sandwich dressing sauces then they would just assume that other more used product must be being made by the same company. That makes ketchup which is most used product in India compared to chipotle which many Indians dont know about at all
@The_Wisdom_Project3 ай бұрын
