Everytime the boys start coaching us up each podcast it makes me want to strength train while I listen. Even AFTER a workout. I love how this feeds my brain, helps me stay focused and remain disciplined. THANK YOU for always keeping us informed. It is greatly appreciated.

Just finishing week one (3 workouts a week) Maps Resistance while IF. Trying to squeeze in 130 g's of protein as best I can within my eating window, definitely feeling like I eat constantly. Would love to see MP podcast about Fasting and weight training.

Thanks guys. I needed this. Been on TRT for 10 weeks and weighed myself this morning for the first time in weeks; and I’m up 9 lbs! Was bummed and confused because I’ve been hitting it hard and eating pretty clean 80%-90% of the time. And, I feel, look, and pants/belts fitting better. Thnx fellas.

Man vs Horse is an event held in the UK every year. Endurance race across multi-terrain. Wife did it this year and had a great time. Horses are well looked after too and not put into any danger.

I have a funny story on rejection. I used to go to a church and the youth pastor and his wife were crazy funny, and they told more than they probably should have especially being in ministry. One day she told us that her husband was almost up in the clouds about getting married, and when they got married, they of course, consummated their marriage. Well, they're married for a couple of weeks, and the first time, she says no. He gets really upset and starts praying. "God don't let the devil destroy my marriage! Help me be a better man. So my wife keeps loving me.And doesn't want to leave me!" He honestly thought just because she told him no that he had done something wrong and that they were going to end up getting divorced lol she laughed like a dang horse and I about fell out the floor she thought it was the funniest thing ever and we pick on him about it to this day.

I appreciate the MP chats about relationships and kids. It’s the antidote to the manosphere podcasts and the gender war toxicity that exists on the internet and dating apps. The social media content about returning to more traditional values is extremely toxic with talks about body counts and shaming women’s sexuality.

Dr Pak & Dr Milo Wolf recently did a study showing that lengthen partial training was minimally better (negligible difference) than regular full range of motion training…..Jeff Nippard was involved in the study as well. Evidently it’s not that big of a deal after all.

I’ve been working with a personal trainer 3 days a week for 2 months. He increased my calories significantly to 1400 per day and also increased my carbs. I was previously doing keto and intermittent fasting…and basically in a cut for the last 6 years! We just had our first check in since we began and I’ve lost 1% body fat but have gained 12lbs. Is this normal at the beginning? Does my body have to adjust to this new way of eating? I know I didn’t gain 12lbs of muscle. It’s scary not being able to fit in any of my clothes. 😅

I try to eat more but its hard enough already when getting 180g of protein every day. Im only 163lbs and almost 50 so eating 2000 calories a day adds weight but im trying to build muscle to fix that

I think we all know, if we are being honest, that most coaches aren’t very good. I’ve heard some really bad advice being tossed around. The number of people that I know who have personal trainers who tell me some of the most ridiculous things… Some of it’s just outdated and some of us just never been right to begin with

Waiting till marriage is the way to go. I’m hoping we see a shift in our culture that pushes this onto youth rather than promiscuity. Promiscuity has destroyed our culture.
