I give the show 9/10. While I enjoyed the nuances and layers of Alex Cross, I do think the anger clouds his intellect at times toward the end. He should have been better prepared and not underestimating Ramsey so much. Great show all together.

I like the actors in this series, but I was disappointed with the plot and how the Cross character is portrayed. I was expecting a extremely smart detective who is locked in a mental war with the villain...instead we got a stereo type anger all the time black cop. I tried to stick with it but after 4 episodes I had to let it go. Too many other great shows out there to watch like The Lioness, Landman, Yellowstone, Tulsa King etc. Now the one bright spot for me in this series was the actor who played Bobby Trey! Johnny Ray Gill was a great psycho villain! I really enjoyed him in this.
