As a heavy thunderstorm howls, I am brewing pecan flavored coffee in an enamel percolator on a potbellied stove in a dilapidated farmhouse by the light of a kerosene lamp on a pine table with white sides and matching cbairs. For dinner, I will make baked beans with tomato puree, smoked sausage, molasses, bourbon, minced onion, minced celery, minced mushrooms, and corn kernels in an enameled stock pot. I can also make soups and stews.

Hey Creepen, just dropping in again to say what I said last time. You're an incredible creator, and one of my all time greats of horror narration! You put in so much work and effort and I listen to so many of your stories and adore every single one; I'm sorry the algorithm is giving you a rougher time than some other creators but rest assured it'll only be a matter of time dude. You'll make it massive.

An excellent story no doubt! It really reminds me of a Denzel Washington movie called “Fallen” where a serial killer is possessed by a demon whose name I’ll omit, but can travel from person to person just by touch. And once he finds himself possessed and knowing that it will keep happening and keep killing, he comes up with a plan to kill it. By killing him self in a rural area where the demon cannot jump to anyone as there’s no one nearby. But of course as any good film would have it, it finds a way. Much like the alien entities in this story. I was thinking all along “just allow yourself to die in the nuclear blast!” But it ended and we’ll have to wait to find out what happens to stop the alien possession from growing. An outstanding premise, even though as I said it’s been really similarly done before in s film, it’s still different enough to enjoy all over again. And with the all powerful Dr at the helm we have not lost a second of time while enjoying his expert narration!! Thanks Dr Creepen for your dedication to our entertainment and I’m eagerly awaiting the next installment!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Great story I honestly don't know how they are going to kill the entity if I was in charge of the group I woulda ordered us to stay there and get the nukes dropped on us to end it.

Given that this series is still in progress, for once I'm actually going to try and chip in a bit. Before that, small piece of constructive criticism and a way to buffer the ideas to prevent other people from getting unwillingly spoiled should they be utilized in any way. During the last part of this act of the story the dialogue begins to spiral a bit. Although the words don't overlap too many times, there are many many sentences that boil down to the exact same topic and conclusion. From my personal experience, that kind dialog is best either trimmed or shifted to be a verbal discussion in order to solidify the concept of going in circles. I've been enjoying the story so far and this hasn't hurt my enjoyment of the wider themes but it did unfortunately take me out of the story temporarily. Now, as for where things might go, something that I have never personally seen discussed in regards to any extremely dangerous sci-fi species/threat is the damage that could be done to one that doesn't understand or have protection from radiation. If they weren't fast enough in terms of escape from the blast radius, the same inevitability the Alien force is threatening could be its own slow and yet blisteringly fast destruction. It doesn't appear to be the current trajectory but the same concept of the current "team" crumpling to the point of no longer being able to carry out the aliens plans and therefore trapping them in an inescapable, brutally slow death, and one that's likely equivalent to whatever kind of fear and pain it can feel. It's a dark, futilistic, yet pleasantly and definitively ironic fate. Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but the alien force right now seems way too confident given that it seems to at the very least think it knows human unpredictability fairly well. I feel like whatever plan it has now feels so underway to it that it won't keep checking for mental or physical deviations anymore, even psychic threats can get a little too cocky, especially psychic threats actually. This is all of a bit of a rambley stream of conscious concept, I'm not particularly familiar with writing this kind of story nor am I very proficient at writing longer form literature, though I am a world builder at heart and through literal years of research and practice. I typically end up a little more fixated on setting and environment than I should often the point of actually missing important information, so I apologize if any of this stuff was already discussed or thought about! Let me know if there's anything I can elaborate on too, since every once in a while something I post is just completely incomprehensible, and regardless of if any of this ends up playing a role I quite look forward to the conclusion.

Felt like the author forgot that the characters came to their conclusion and have them conclude that the presence was in their minds over and over. Towards the end felt like each paragraph was rewording what was already said.

Nor Sweden or Norway are nuclear forces, so they would need help from France, the U. S. or UK. Norway is next to Russia, so a nuclear warhead close to this border would cause alert everywhere and guess what, nuclear warfare! End of the story, Aliens lost cause we whiped ourselves out and covert operation would be blew up before. Another spec ops story that s**ks because the writer hasn't knowledge about military operation and in this case missing knowledge about geography too🤣
