Small details 🙂: Alexander theatre, built in 1879, was the old opera house of Helsinki (capital of Finland). When the new modern opera house was built, the Alexander theatre was released for the use of visitor theatre and performing arts. In the english and french music video version he is walking around downtown Helsinki.

I do love The Sweet Escape, but I prefer the music video which is done very similarly to Partir Avec Moi with Marko walking through Helsinki. There are some slightly different hand gestures and vocalizations in the English version. I did like that little smile he gives the camera in Partir; not in the English version. The Sweet Escape is on the album Ultraviolet, hence the reference to "ghosts in ultraviolet" in the English version.
