This is DEFINITELY one of the coolest places in NYC, but as a entrepreneur myself, I wonder if a place this big on such a prime location, actually turns a profit selling candy? It reminds me if FAO SCHWARZ, where EEEEVERYONE would go to, but not purchase much and it eventually closed! It could also be opened to be the window to the brand but turn profits in other locations. Whatever the case may be, it sure is a definite destination when in the city!

Very cool store, and she's a lovely lady, but to promote candy, with a national epidemic of type2 diabetes and obesity does seem a little off. Even more so, when you watch a Ralph Lauren fashion show and see that he uses the skinniest models in the biz.
