We own this exact same home. Paid 120k cash including the runners. However, tax appraisal office has valued it at 170k now. 2 years in a row taxes have raised and we have had to fight it. We lost both years. I love my house!!!!

Wonderful living room. Huge. The kitchen is beyond beautiful. Excellent cabinets. The master bedroom and bath are super. Would prefer drywall though. Other than that I can’t find anything wrong. You are right, wow. Wow times a hundred.

Hi Christina, this Home Building facility builds to HUD Specifications. We do have facilities that will build to Modular Specs, we can order the walls either textured or not.

Hi Susan Thanks for the comment, we do have other options, I believe that only the 2 picture windows in the Kitchen don't open, we have still been able to get a great cross ventaliation in the home opening other windows. 2 great benefits of the picture windows, is less obstructions in the windows, and the picture windows have a seal that you can't get with a window that opens.
