She performed this for us in SLC last night and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this song. Thanks to all the people who uploaded videos, I was able to figure out the lyrics. She used a couple of alternate lyrics at some performances so I’ve put those in parenthesis. Everything I ever knew I passed it all to you The good and the bad I hope you don’t resent Anything I represent In your life I am trying (learning) to abide By the rules that now apply It’s not easy I can see where I went wrong I am trying to be strong Please forgive me Things are not what we imagined them to be are they? They are always working out for you and me aren’t they? Bury me here Bury me here I leave everything to you I leave everything to you I leave everything to you I leave everything to you I wish I kept an open mind Instead of letting my emotions Blind me Uncertainty is my old friend The only one I comprehend Come find me In (from) this place this in-between Not the real world, not a dream A place of waiting I am just beyond the veil I’m a ship without a sail Already fading Things are not what we imagined them to be are they? They are always working out for you and me aren’t they? Remember me mmm Remember me mmm I leave everything to you I leave everything to you I leave everything to you I leave everything to you I leave everything… Everything I ever knew Will be forgotten in a few More moments I’ll be starting from the start With the same ache in my heart When this soul(?) ends Things are not what we imagined them to be are they? They are always working out for you and me aren’t they?

From one singer songwriter to another, that was so beautiful, so raw and pure.

Reminds me of Kate Bush, “Under the Ivy” and “I’m not here”. This is even more significant, spiritual- friends, let’s live the rest of our lives so the day we find ourselves out of our bodies, we don’t have regrets about anything we forgot to do, or say.

It's beautiful, too bad there's so much background thumping noise from the camera etc.

Totally agree, its rather like hardware being dead without its software programme which is not physical just a series of human requirements. I really hope to see you in the spirit world.
