I watch a lot of these sort of videos. Though not the most complicated build, your results are spectacular. What an eye popping piece of art. Well done!

Its amazing how ancient weapons and armor that was designed to kill and maim, was so beautiful in their creation and appearance , true works of art. The warrior must have been a sight to see in battle, evan in his death

Shiny, but how strong is this blade to bending pressure and how well can it hold an edge after hacking oak logs? I do not see any mixed metal just straight steel.

Just oak wood is nothing compared to the quality of this steel, it itself is of very good quality!

really impressive work. if you could go back in time to the Qing dynasty, i'm sure they'd give you a place as a Black Smith - apprentice...until they trust you of course. but, it would save you during times of war - since you'd be able to stay back, and make swords instead of fighting and dying... anyhow, where's the link, to a website selling your wares? - it is the whole point i think. in history or the present. to make a livelihood off of one's talents.

The Ching blacksmiths didn't have any mechanical tools and must have took them ages to produce one let alone 50000 for their army.

the quality of their swords were lesser if they had to make many in bulk

This particular style with long handle was used by the Kangxi emperor of the Qing dynasty. Ordinary Qing soldiers have ordinary looking sabers, with rectangular (in cross-section) handles and scabbards for easier large scale production.
