Thanks for sharing. But I’m for simply reusing Bankstown to Chatswood is done. So we Tallwong to St Marys and New airport to Bankstown via Liverpool are good enough

4, 5A and 5B are unnecessary and instead something like that should be done on a paramatta to caringbah metro line that uses the unused stations from lidcombe to bankstown

It could run on the existing (soon) Bankstown Metro instead, would be a better idea and also, all these place like St Marys to Tallawong wouldn't have enough need for that to be built and from Victoria Cross to Chatswood via Neutral Bay is also not needed because the buses there are good enough to get to the new stations, however I like the proposal:)

I just used the bankstown crumbs to connect it to liverpool with a few stations of course (bankstown airport might be useful as leisure flights or trainee pilots) and then onto western sydney airport and then from st marys to tallawong (sadly got ruined by different electrical system and that should have been kept the same). - M1: Loop line 1 - tallawong to cbd, then bankstown, liverpool, WSI, st marys and back to tallawong. Probs an hybrid of the current M1 metro trains and new metro trains proposed for the WSI line trains (eg can have a mixed longtinal and communter seating.) - Loop Line 2: Hurstville, via A3 road (give or take to serve places like roselands, campsie, south stratty olympic park, rhodes or wentworth pt, top ryde, mac uni or park) then onto pymble, st ives, terry hills, mona vale, warriewood, narra, dee why, frenches forest, forestville, willoughby, and use M1 until sydenham and consume the all stops T4 to hurstville. Then T4 will be split, loop metro 2 will be the all stops between hurstville and cbd so T4 because cronulla/waterfall or south coast becomes express from hurstville to sydneham, redfern and all stops to bondi jct or central.

Unfortunately Airport West Metro infrastructure incluidng station boxes (which are shorter) and power supplies are pretty much locked in. Bnakstown might one day be extended towards the airport (not necessarily to it as plan only for two lines and the other more likely to be West Metro from Parramatta)

Further to partial metro loop already under construction: Stage 1 - Bankstown to Luddenham via Liverpool Glenfield. Stage 2 - Luddenham to Aerotropolis Stage 3 - St Mary’s to Tallawong via Schofield

0:47 ending it at Punchbowl already makes a loop.

The loop could temporarily run from Punchbowl to the city via Sydenham, before the other stages are built. Stage 4, 5A, 5B and 6 are all optional but create excellent connections to suburbs that don’t already have transit.

Your stage 6 proposal doesn’t make sense are you talking about a separate metro tunnel under the harbour or use of the current metro tunnel if this is the case how do you intend constructing the new tunnel because this would mean having to close current tunnels while construction takes place

Terrible, unrealistic, and why stops in those places. Link up to Leppington, no stop at Bankstown Airport, Why not to Kogarah, Juniors Kingsford would just be called Kingsford, no stations at Centennial or Queens Parks, should've just followed toe current Metro City alignment from Vic Cross to Chatswood, its terrible in so many ways.

I partially agree with reusing Victoria Cross to Chatswood, but linking it up to Leppington would be a terrible idea as the southwest rail link is not just a rail line, but serves as a capacity booster, such as Leppington Yard.

It wouldn’t be a station right inside the terminal, so the station will also serve the suburb of Georges Hall.

Circle lines generally aren't actually a great idea, trains need somewhere to terminate and go out of service for cleaning & checks.
