And it is this flame that is the true solace, for in humility and forgiveness of minor harms it overcame the fears that would have led to true desolation - the true dark hell. And it is attention, that is better than hope, for hope traps you in craving for an eventual better future, but it is attention, that keeps your mind awake and ready to see the world without unclattered from frustration, hate and resentfulness from the wounds, which the challenges of life left on you. Only by seeing reality clear and being truly brave, miserely solace is never taken, but true solace is also never taken for granted. That's the magical transmutation of the soul, that makes one receptive to be spirtually immortal.

Excellent presentation! I have not read Jung’s Red Book, but as you present it, his encounters with “the Dark” parallel my own. There is no compassion or solace in creative power, only the unvarnished honesty of cause and effect, a clear revelation of whatever “wisdom” guides and controls your work. There is in this, it seems to me, a kindness of sorts, the tough love of a life of no lies, no illusions. Power offers respect, not congratulations, to the one who wields and carries the burden of creative power. Thanks again for a great presentation!

Finally an answer. God has been walking me through an ascension of some sort for a couple months and my house turned quite supernatural. I wouldn’t admit this to anyone but anything that was a wire coiled up with others and anything that could would look like a snake even shreds of paper. Scared the hell out of me. I don’t know still what it all means however I kept running into words about transforming and rebirth

Not everything effects everyone the same. We can see this in medicine. Jung knew this and saw the way that medicine was practiced as homogeneous. He created a method of medicine in which it took the "individual" into account.

I had dreams with very detailed scepters, in ancient Egypt which I have never seen before. I looked up at hyasutake and in averted vision I saw the eye wink at me portentiously. I photographed it and pushed the processing , the image was too faint to see in the viewfinder. Later that nigh , my eyelids so bright it came and it spake unto me " I am older than the earth and you Are my child and no harm will come unto thee" The gift of sight and my photography combined to photograph numina, the thing in itself as though it could bee seen from all viewpoints at once . Kant's transcendental aesthetics of space and time still hold me in a spell and "reality" is just a persistent illusion

Staffs represent supernatural aid on the monomyth. It’s only symbolic. Moses’ staff and Thor’s hammer are the same symbol. But Jesus uses his hands, Arthur uses Merlin. They all have supernatural something or others. It’s a step in the sequence of the human life template.

Check the earliest depictions of Jesus and he is shown using a wand. Whether he did or not, I don't know but if you search under 'Jesus with wand' and tap images... you will see these.

@@brendancoburn427I believe in antiquity whomever, was the monomyth character has supernatural aid. Many had wands, staffs, Hammer or ? But not always. They varied it up. In the Jesus version he was the Son of God so had supernatural powers without needing a tool. King Arthur had Merlin the Magician along for his supernatural aid. Anyway, Jesus didn't need a wand in the story. They wrote him up to have access to the well of cosmic power. Luke Skywalker was called on a monomyth story. The original Start Wars. He had supernatural aid in the form of "learning how to control the force," from Yoda on Dagobah before he started his adventure. That's one thing to watch. The supernatural aid is part of the build up to the adventure.

To me, it's aleph, the first letter of the alphabet and the meeting with the being in the subconscious mind realm of OBE, when you leave your body and get attunement. It's linked with yin yang or the priesthood obtainment process. It's available to all people who seek and expand their awareness. It's also linked with the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and only for learning purpose to help mankind,as it's shaman work. ❤the symbolism must be understood as communication with the Divine and probably the master of the universe, Shiva or the outer levels beyond space and time. Yes What I concluded from my dream was that 1. the snake was not an animal 2. It tried to symbolise the kundalini which is now reaching the crown. 3. That snake was under me.. 4. There was a portal, after looking at that snake I had this capacity to go in another space consciously but before that the snake appeared and I recognised the snake first and then I came to know about the portal.. In our Ascension journey there will be a time where we come to direct our energy in a very linear way and it's like a rod and that rod is important to do further work. Geomancy is an important part but after a lot of research I came to know about staff...but it's not a point until we experience it on a personal level..then only we come to know and understand
