In Austin tx it costs 600 dollars to rent a Ferrari for a day. That's half of people's paychecks. Then check out the name who owns it. Unless he was rich nearly 20 years ago and is using a fake name he didn't buy this house. Now let's look at the Zillow listing. Clearly it states it is available for short term rental: a day, a month, a year. Now you can assume he lives there or you can look up the agency who manages the place and see that _it's available for rent right now_. He is using the location as a prop to sucker gullible saps to give him money for snake oil.
