Everybody is technically a victim here and people can say Gregory is technically the "bad guy" he lured people into the Pizzaplex, had them killed, hacked the security and Glamrocks, but he's another victim towards Afton and doing his dirty work as GGY. It's also unkown when he is talking at the end of Ruin is it really him talking in the elevator or is it potentially GGY, cause at first when he contacts Cassie and while trying to guide her he's very worried, but once in the elevator the emotion is kinda gone, which could be GGY taking over again and then The Mimic takes control of the speaker and drops the elevator.

True. Technically he can't be counted as a villain (or at least he is on the same level of villaines as Glamrocks) since he was mind controlled, just like them. And because we don't know who actually dropped Cassie, he is still not a villain yet. But some of the choices he makes in Security Breach when he is already not GGY make my moral compass feel sick.

There're really only 4 views on Gregory 1) He's a good guy who saved lives of future missing children (by stopping the animatronics and Vanny) and was mind controlled by Glitchtrap and killed Cassie with a reason 2) He broke the animatronics and dropped Cassie because he's pure evil (the most popular belief) 3) Somewhere in the middle 4) Just #1 but he wasn't the one who dropped Cassie

Given the kinds of twists FNAF likes to throw at us, I would not be shocked if there is some massive twist to Gregory. Build him up to be the villain, and ether reveal hes the true villain of the security breach arc, or reveal he was still being mind-controlled the entire time, and we never actually got to see who he really is until the very climax of this story arc.

@2:01 Anyone else notice how Gregory doesn't have the bandage on his face in the cut out with Cassie and in the Brazil Ending?

Could be an oversight from the artists. Or, i doubt that he wears it for style. Maybe the wound already healed/wasn't inflicted yet. Unless it's a VERY subtle foreshadowing for Mimic, but sounds too vague.
