Nah, some episodes have premiered before. But it's only the ones related to an arc or a special episode.

How come Percy had to be loaded on a flatbed

Because using some logic: Percy would've never made it all the way to York due to how small his boiler is. So I had to use the similar method from "Thomas & the special letter". Plus, they should've done the same thing when Percy and several others made their way to the great railway show back in 2016.
