It's elimination week as the bottom 6 bake for their spot in the competition. For this challenge they must dig deep into their childhood bring it to the present. After being assigned a random nostalgic ingredient, contestants create a new and creative bake that breathes new life into the classic product.

I made banana bread last week! My recipe uses sour cream. I don't like nuts, but do add raisins to mine.---It was lovely to listen to the nostalgic laughter at each baking station!
