Iconic band that has definitely been underrated....then again you have to be a certain caliber to understand the Tea Partys lyrics....shout all to all of you still listening in 2020 and a huge thank you to the Tea Party for the memories !

@@jomc7425 I think in fact he understood what the lyrics are about, and that's why he took it under his wings. Nearly their whole reportoire is filled with these kind of messages, a glance from underneath the veil, and i indeed think most of you haven't any real clue, and the statement from futureleader5000 has got a lot of truth in it.. bye bye, be nice and love yourself, for once... There's no sence in talking eachother down.. ( by the way, i don't think it stayed with him, he was too afraid it would leave him, it was the fear of loosing it that made him loose it. Listen to the rest of his music) SAAAAAVVE ME!!!!! But his voice is golden!

I was absolutely convinced in the late 80s (listening to a Canadian Rock Radio station from across Lake Erie) that Canadian Rock was a valid genre of music. Tea Party. Crash Test Dummies. Our Lady Peace. Blue Rodeo. Big Wreck. Northern Pikes. Matthew Goode Band. Cowboy Junkies. Bare Naked Ladies. And my favorite band of all time, The Tragically Hip. I'm still convinced that it is.

Sadly, this #Artist was relegated Early in the USA as a "Doors Copycat", initially, and labeled "that they we're not innovative or creative..."Sadly! Their work is Very #Impressive and addresses many societal concerns that Haunt Us. Radio #programmers are becoming more Open-Minded and will reconsider TEA PARTY's significant work... From their original singles, "Save Me" and "The River" to popular CDN radio staples like"Temptation", "Heaven Coming Down" and imaginative DANIEL LANOIS and RICHARDS/JAGGER covers... INCREDIBLE Musicianship with creative arrangements. Hopefully, they will become more Played and appreciated for their Contributions, as they SURELY Deserve This. Thank you TEA PARTY and your magnificent production Team for So Many admirable Videos and albums. Know that your local Canadian Leadership is not overlooked...You Really ROCK! 😂 ❤ 😅 ❤ 😊
