Really liked hearing about the phone anxiety thing. I work at an insurance office and have to answer the phone a couple times an hour to talk to clients, and it is the most anxiety inducing thing I’ve ever done in my life tbh. Every time the phone rings it takes me a good 5 sec to pick up the damn call lmao

You’re not alone. I had similar job, answering calls all day helping pissed off people with their banking issues. Working there for two and a half years gave me major anxiety issues and developed panic attacks. Still dealing with it years later. The dread I felt hearing it ring each time, something so simple
