Part 2... Arsenio Hall brings the magic to the talk show format. His show was hip, young and edgy and just what the format and television needed as a new generation of viewers entered late night in the late 1980's.
Hall's show ran from 1989 to 1994 on FOX, with a revival of his show from 2013 to 2014. This particular episode is from October 4, 1991 and features one of our favorites, Belinda Carlisle.
