Super Job Otis Williams! The Temps are still one of the most imitated groups that made music for every occasion. Great natural individual talents came together to form super harmonies from the high to low vocal range that collided together. I remember when Dennis Edwards was a guest on a Christian network and the host asked about his early experiences in music and his early days with Motown and The Temptations. Dennis said Motown had experienced professional mentors that taught them how to behave. He said the Temps motto or code of ethics was something like this; the Temps were advices to;.. 1."Always THINK like a Temptation; 2.Always ACT like a Temptation; 3.Always DRESS like a Temptation; 4.Always BE a Temptation" Even today this still solid advice for the young Christian; 1.Always Think like a Christian; 2.Always Act like a Christian; 3.Always Dress like a Christian; 4.Always Be a Christian. Great video THANKS

FANTASTIC! The live harmonies, that live falsetto. THIS is singing. This is how you blend voices to create a wonderful sound. Such a pity they never got to sing it along with the Supremes. I know that "The Impossible Dream" was chosen to be released as a single and was featured as the closing number on their ground breaking TCB TV Special broadcast in December 1968. The show was taped earlier in the year and in the intervening period "Dream" was shelved in favour of "I'm Gonna Make You Love Me". It's the only single release that the Supremes never performed on TV. A lost opportunity!

Couldn’t agree more. What a amazing treat it would have been to see them sing that song live.

💖💖💖💖They were so young in this appearance. So very handsome, with the look of dreams still to come. June 15, 0222.

Think about the preparation that went into this ed Sullivan performance. The vocals, the dance, the writing, the talent. Motown at its height in the late 1960s. Eddie and the boys hit a bases loaded home run. Peace, love and soul.

EDDIE HAD THE ONLY MASCULINE FASETTO OF ALL TIME AND HIS SMOOTH CHARISMATIC TRANSITION FROM NATURAL VOICE TO FASETTO WAS AWESOME

Now that's what I'm talking about! Eddie with his falsetto voice, no one ever can beat that. Dennis don't play either, "Poppa was a rolling stone"! It took a long time for him to be able to sing that song, September 3rd was the day his Father died! 💙 But when he did he shredded it! BOOM 💣
