I bought a DVD of The Ten Commandments and Ben Hur together at Walmart. So nice not to have to wait until Easter to watch it, although it was a treasured family tradition for me when I was growing up.

This part of the movie when the water fell back on and drowned them under to me also looks just like the same concept as the musical movie the king and I when they did the musical stage play on the stage. Small house of uncle Thomas and they sing budda has called out the sun the sun has made the water soft showing the ice snow on top of water defrosted and they pulled up the fabric sheet vertically on stage showing the same drowning to free and save the run away slave girl I think both these movies this the ten commandments and the musical the king and I are great movies
