Excellent episode, however, I wish you would keep the conversation only in English for your international viewers. I watch this show from the US. This was a really nice, clean tiny apartment. I totally agree with the tenant on living in the present and not having too many responsibilities. Being financially secure and flexible is so important for peace of mind. I live my life the same way, I own my home but don’t have kids. I travel and visit other parts of the world whenever possible.

They often overstep boundaries, assuming ownership over tenants' lives, enforcing unreasonable rules, and neglecting the importance of mutual respect. This sick mentality is outdated and fails to recognize that tenants deserve fair treatment and privacy, just as any paying customer would expect. The relationship should be professional, with clear boundaries, rather than one of control and dominance.

Its psychology. Its not about tenant but "what is happening in my house" mentality. Indians consider homes to be very auspicious - no other cultures do a house warming pooja etc. So the mentality is in this pious environment, you do all kind of gandi gandi stuff?? Of course this is a ridiculous mentality but just trying to give you a more nuanced view rather than the typical first order thinking of - all landlords want to intrude into tenants personal life. Its not so straightforward

There is nothing unusual about being single & being married doesn't equate to happiness. The most important things in life is : 1) No financial stress 2) Good health 3) No court-cases . The host comes across as bit rude in repeatedly discussing his age & marital status . Especially ,when he doesn't even have parents. In a country of 1.5 billion people , one needs to grow past the primordial thinking that marriage & kids is the be all & end of all of life. Thats very rural thought may be applicable for people with basic IQ , but largely life should be aligned to some purpose, & procreation is one of the many , certainly lower on the priority list of an over saturated country like India.

Your family was a rich Coal Mine Onwers and you are born with silver spoon.. was born in a Big Bungalow. But, now being lost your family business, lost both your parents within span of 6 months, Lost all your bungalow lifestyle And now in a 380 or 400 square feet carpet area Tiny Box sizef 1-BHK is sooooo tough man. 😢😮 Now we can understand why you stayed sinlge and did nit marry. Life us cruel sometimes and you went theough a very bad phase.. But still smiling and living with Japanese philosophy ikighai. Relax and take good care of yourself.
