I didn't see brachioradialis contraction.Also he showed pronation of forearm not supination.I didnt understand the lesson.Can pelase someone explain it to me?

You can see the contraction clearly in the left patient's arm. Due to the position of the wrist and forearm, a brief pronation is observed, it is also normal.

You're welcome - remember practice makes perfect and an exam candidate who looks confident at doing reflexes is much more likely to impress. Also a confident clinical exam reassures your patient too.
