The Tenth Summit of the Organization of Turkic States was held in Astana

The presidents of Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Hungary attended the Tenth Summit of the Organization of Turkic States, hosted by Kazakhstan, held in Astana on November 3, 2023.
Upon the proposal of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the "Turkish World Ali Medal" was presented to Uzbekistan Shavket Mirziyoyev by the Council of Heads of State.
At the end of the Summit meeting, where the Term Presidency of the Organization passed from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan, Heads of State signed the Tenth Declaration of TDT. The leaders also decided that the next Summit will be held in Kyrgyzstan in 2024.
