I have been suffering through sleep paralysis since last 7 years. Every time I had an episode I used freak out. But after watching your videos I have realised there is nothing to fear. Your videos are helping me to look at it in a scientific way. Please continue your research and keep uploading videos.

My first time i had sleep paralysis as a kid. I was home from school sick with high fever, i woke up to loud audatory halucinatons. Saw some halucinatons also when i opened my eyes off my brother nothing scary just him walking through the wall. It was daytime when it happened.ä Nothing that wild after that only waking up without being able to move with only audatory halucinations. Never saw any visual halucinations after that time when i was a kid. My brother says epoxy fumes trigger sleep paralysis for him. My brother works in the boat industry and is exposed to epoxy fumes from time to time

Wow very interesting lecture! Is there some explenation why people hear extreme deep and loud buzzing sounds and feeling like their body is under elecricity? Its nearly painful. Sometimes it felt like i was getting sucked or pushed out of my body with that vibration. For me everything feels so real that i cant let go of the idea that its something paranormal or at least something we cant explain YET. Maybe something with infrasound or frequencies. Also about your trick with thinking of something positive. I can not get out of fear mode because my greatest fear is that if i stop defending me from this evil entity (in trying to make myself wake up, or even praying) i will create some sort of gap and it can slip inside my soul like a parasite. I feel much too vulnerable. I hope ill get past my fears some day.

I don't know what I am saying, but I think you can say out loud these words: I won't fall in any gap because that is an illusion. There is no parasite. There is only love, truth, my family and friends. I am okay. Thank you.

Knowledge is God level, but you need to work on delivery.. The tempo is very scattered. Rest the lecture was on another level.

My thinking on this lecture after listing about halfway through is the he should have read more on research done by scientist on the subject when he was still in diapers. He is not well versed on the subject.
