Im 215 and i still go 25-26 mph. You should not have a problem.

Can you get in trouble in the "Land of the free" , for riding your scooter full speed,. Is the speed governed unless you hack it ???

You can ride full speed. And yes, unless you hack, goes only 15-18 mph
