This cemetery has placed the small town of Tilden on the map. It got its unique name from the men who "kicked the bucket with their boots on!"

Is that place haunted? Is there any paranormal activity there?

It's really very hard to find out unless you are from here for several generations. The old folks who carry the tales simply do not talk about it; at least in my experience. My theory is that if it is not haunted, it should be: Native American/settlers massacres going both ways, gun fights, bandits, epidemics, etc. I have lived here for twenty years and have yet to experience any haunting except in the old house I first lived in when I moved here. A friendly ghost. That house is gone now as are many of the old historical home places. Doesn't mean you can't investigate though.
