TF Blade and Ratirl had bet. The bet was if tfblade reaches rank 1 on Korea, Ratirl will gift him 500 subs. If he didn't tfblade would gift rat 500 subs. Tfblade got rank 3 and said it is the same as getting rank 1 because rank 1 and rank 2 are super accounts. Super accounts are riot accounts which have high MMR so it's easier to climb. So tfblade said it's unfair cause he doesn't get same LP per win. The problem was bet was reaching rank 1 which TF blade didn't do and now hes saying he won't gift rat the subs because it's unfair and that he deserves the 500 subs

He says that cuz rank 1 and 2 is super account ( TFBlade gets 15 lp a game, Super account gets 30 lp and have higher mmr) he actually got rank 1. But rank 2 player is not super account, and he knew that there will be super acounts in the top ranks before making a bet. Now he lies to people that he doesn't need to pay Rat cuz of the super accounts, and tells people that rank 2 is also a super account, but it is not (You can see it has been ranked since season 4, and he was gold in s4, so it cant be a super account, cuz super accounts are given by Riot to pro players, and start at Diamond1 I think) I hope It makes sense now.

The thing is: Rat never cared about the subs in the first place. He contacted tf blade cause he thought it was strange that he didn't pay the bet yet. Then rat confronted him cause, to rat, tf blade was just trying to scam him, and rat wanted to know if that's what he was really doing. When he realized that his friend was actually scamming him, he then stopped asking for the subs and blocked him. What rat was trying to say is that, if a friend makes a bet with you and comes after the bet saying that he's tired, he feels the bet was unfair and that he would like to talk about it, then it stops being about scamming someone for subs and it becomes a talk between friends. But the moment tf blade stops talking to him, never admits he lost the bet and that he's in the wrong, and tries to make rat feel bad for confronting him, then you know what kind of person you're talking to.
