0:33 The drummer's right shoulder "drop-twitch" influenced a lot of other artists, but it took until 1974 (can you believe it - typical corporate types) for Pearl drums - originally in Australia, funnily enough, to design drum kits that made the drop-twitch visible by moving the mike boom higher and the toms lower. They actually reduce the bass drum diameter to achieve it.

@Luka11802 жыл бұрын
@@BcharaKaram Couldn't a similar sound be achieved, anyway, with some wacky effects devices? As I recall there are sitar simulator pedals. Also, a lot of instruments are in songs and shows where you don't actually see them in videos or even on stage. Pre-recorded stuff or stuff being played off-stage or in any other way. *EDIT* Actually, I looked into it, and believe it or not, the instrument the dude is playing in the Listen to the Flower People is actually an electric sitar! It's called a Coral Sitar. It looks almost identical to an electric guitar, or would to most people at least, but it is very much a sitar, so it's not a wrong scene nor is it done for humor. It's real.
