Theres so many things that could casuing you anxiety. A few things you should consider are figuring out what the cause is: 1. Your environment. Who or what triggers your anxiety. Take the initiative to remove that from your life or a different way of thinking about them so that you can cope better. 2. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Guru nanda d3 + k2 supplement, topical magnesium, and a b12 supplement. 3. You have no purpose or creative outlet. 4. Movement. Even if it's just throwing your body around to your favorite songs, get some movement in. Lastly, I'd say that having a relationship with yourself, your consciousness. Trying to be more aware of what your body and intuition are telling you. It will make a world of difference. Good luck!

as a waitress, yes. we talk about everything. even if what you did wasn’t that embarrassing, we have nothing else to bring us joy and we always tell silly tales to the girlies. servers are the biggest gossipers. sometimes other servers will literally come to my restaurant on their day off, to sit down and talk shit abt the managers or other people working (where everyone can hear) but act nice to your face. gossiping is a drug.
