Eddie was phenomenal as Stephen Hawking and throughout the movie I felt like I lived the life of Stephen through ALS and I can't praise it enough what an extraordinary film and Felicity did an amazing job in loving Stephen so much and how ALS affected their lives! Can't get over how amazing these two were and Eddie deserved that Oscar!

Great interview, great questions and a great movie. Both are talented actors and their answers are really profound that you can tell they have pondered on what the movie means to themselves.

I happened to work briefly in Australia & US and Ms Felicity Jones has acted in two films topics that concerned the Heads of Governmnets of both Countries when I worked in these countries. About the health of Stephen Hawking and Justice System Ms Ginsburg.Probably if a role can be found for Ms Jones in Singapore & India ( two more countries I worked in )around the time of Ms Ginsburgs career it would be most interesting. Probably a role like Mrs Mountbatten might cover from India to Singapore but that would be in forties and not nineties but it would be definitely most interesting to find something in the nineties.

'There are no villains in this film'. Right because the nurse flirting with the married man was a total Saint.

Natalie Zayas-Bazan there is a HUGE difference between being a person with desires and passions it's harder to control and being a vilan. He is hypnotizing, and his life story and the light in his eyes and the fight he is conducting against his own body and the strength and optimism and humor he uses to do so are so rare that when you meat him your initial instinct as a human being is a certain level of attraction to him, a desire to be close to him and absorb some of his magic, whether you are a boy or a girl. And she, being a grown woman, and being, in fact, a HUMAN BEING, had the same wish only in her case, that initial reaction to him grew to genuine love. It happens, and you can't control it and you can't choose it and you definitely cannot stop it. And I'm saying it as a 25 year old girl in love with the same (5 years older) boy since the age of 14. Love has no explanation and it has no reason and the actions it drives us to do are sometimes inexplicable and uncharacteristic to you and your personality but you might wake up too late because driven by love or fear-you can only see the first thing in front of you. That's what makes love so complicated and that's what makes it so beautiful and when she flirted with Stephen she didn't do it to steal him from his wife and from his OUTER BUDDY TO THIS DAY, but she was simply trying to get his approval because when you're in love the only thing that matters is what your love thinks. I don't think she ever imagined he would love her back. So yes, appart from the doctor who gave him his two years life sentence and which Mr Hawking peed straight in his mouth pardon me 52 years later, there really are no villians in this movie, just as there are no saints either. Not even mr Hawking. There are people. Real, complicated, exceptional people. Grow up... life isn't black and white. That's why film noir hits so hard.

הגר גדליוביץ' honey, I am 8 years older than you with a. Birth defect so please go sit down with your ‘grow up’. .-all I read from you was a long paragraph on why it’s ok to cheat. We are not animAls, we are human beings that can ration and know right from wrong. Stop trying to excuse despicable behavior.
