thank you for the summary sir Day 27 - I have learnt that - rest- ask questions - you see world as you are - let free your negative experiences - just be aware of negative thoughts, don' try to control them - meditate, exercise, listen to your favorite music, go for a trip - write it down - don't think of past - don't try to change your emotions , just observe - negative emotions will fade away and positive emotions will flourish - you are not your feeling or the story you tell yourself - just be aware of coming and going thoughts - self reflect and observe - nothing is permanent - its not important to be right , it is important to be happy - don't take your ego too seriously - make a balance - don't let arrogance overpower your kindness - arrogance destroys character - your difficulties teach you to become a better version of yourself - love unconditionally - love makes the world a better place to live - accept that you don't matter for other as much you matter for yourself - you can't be liked by everyone - do what you like rather than what others think of you - think big but start small - think and speak positive - have belief thank you sir

Day 27 Be calm and slow is very important. Write your stress on paper. Mindfullness.... See your emotions.. There is no need to do with these emotions. Star meditation.... Nothing is permanent.. -we see the world through our mind so it is needed to understand the condition of our mind. -when u feel sad, angry,stress dont do anything,keep observing them with awareness. -Sit in a quiet place and just notice your thoughts and whatever is stressing you, write it on paper and along with it write how you can make peace with them.

Being perfect is not as important as being happy together. To make your relationships strong and happy, behave politely and respectfully with people. We should love another human being as the sun loves the earth. It gives energy to the earth's trees and flowers to flourish without expecting anything in return. Calm down yourself from inside, outer world will also calm down ❤ 2) Start looking at positive things, your heart will follow positivity. Write your problems on paper because paper has more patience then people ❤ 3) To get rid of sorrow, face your fear. See you state of mind, check your mindset. Don't try to eliminate negative thoughts, just replace them with positive one ❤ 4) Being happy is more important than being right. No.2:-I learnt that when we keep looking at our thoughts for 3 minutes.Then if it's negative it vanishes and if it's positive it excels. Clam your mind and everything outside will became calm. 2.being happy together is important than being perfect . 3.behave politely and be respectfully with people and make relationship strong and happy . 4.love others with out any expectation in return . 5.to stay happy , accept people are not interested in you as you always think ., it's not necessary that everyone like you . , stop worrying about what other think do what your heart desire . 6. Encourage yourself and others , one good word can change life. 7.keep your thinking , words , what you say to yourself and others positive. 8.don't let mind entangled in " what if " & "but" That's all Thank you ❤

Day27. When your mind is happy than world seems happy becouse the world is like the mindset of every person. Nothing is permanent in universe everything keeps changing and do not take personally and do not make self unhappy becouse feelings will just come and go like clouds in the sky and stop worry about others think and do what your heart wants. Day 27 • Slow down and enjoy life. It's not only the scenery you miss by going too fast, you also miss thr sense of where you are going and Why. • The world is like the mindset of every person. • We do not became sad just because something Terrible has happened, the main reason is the thoughts roaming our minds about what happened. • When you have a negative experience, please do not hold on it, watch it repeatedly. Instead, leave it free to reduce it's impact. • Awareness itself is like the open sky. • Stress, irritability and anger are like temporary dark clouds which may overshadow the real cloud for some time but disappear independently. • When life seems destitute, then Rest is the only solution. • Find a song that gets you heart pumping, play it over and over again, and sing along to it repeatedly. • On one page, write down everything that causes you stress and also write what you want to do to remain calm and happy in place of that particular stress. 🔥 • Remember that you are neither your feelings nor the stroy your mind tells about you. YOU ARE A GREATER SILENT POWER that sees them all and knows their coming and ending. • Become an observer of the coming and disappearing of A thought. • Nothing is permanent in this universe everything keeps changing. ❤ so wait for good changes. • We Must ask whether it is suitable to hurt someone to prove our beliefs, right. • So be , don't take your belief's too seriously. • being right is not as important as being happy together. • Too much knowledge ruins one's character. 🔥 • Too much pride leads to problems.
