Oh brother, without a question there's no answer. Here are some qualities why there are 24 Elders. The 24 Elders live like us, they live fully humans, as a whole. As Christ is susceptible on sin, the 24 Elders are also and they have sinned. We are equal as we live like a fellow humans and we strive to be like Jesus when we first heard Him. Even as a child, we kept on searching Him. Fast forward of what we inherit. We represents the fruits of the Holy Spirit which is 9. We are also the Melchizedek, we are also the Archangels. We are the Word of God Who is Christ Alone. In any case We are God but at the same time We are not really: because we are like Him. We are not Eternal, Infinite and Almighty like God, but first and the foundation is always love. There are times that we have to woe someone or judging time first before we share the gospel, to recognize and especially to provoke them that they are in the wrong side, whatever their circumstances they are. This is applied to the king of a nation down to the humblest fellow, in short we have to carry what is the command of God for us. There are no "facts" about heaven. You have claims. Facts are information that can be replicated and that are coherent with reality.
