The Three Stooges - Episode 117 - Malice In The Palace 1949 | Moe Howard, Larry Fine, Curly Howard

The Stooges are running the Cafe Casbah Bah (a Middle Eastern restaurant) and attempting to prepare a meal for customers Hassan Ben Sober (Vernon Dent) and Ginna Rumma (George J. Lewis). The meal turns out disastrous: their spaghetti dinner is spilled all over the customers' faces, so the stooges offer them a replacement meal: rabbit and hot dogs. Because a stray cat and dog make noises at inopportune times while Larry prepares the meal, Larry's meal appears to be actual dog and cat meat, which brings Moe and Shemp great grief when ordered to eat it by their customers.

Tysons Accosta There is a photo of a thinner Curly with a fake handlebar mustache as an angry chef, but his scene was cut due to his illness. One of the reasons was probably Curly’s speech being deemed unintelligible. The Stroke that forced Curly to leave the stooges made it difficult for him to walk and talk.

(such a cheap comedy. How come American kids have such a low level of humour back in 1930s,to 1970s?) This is what I typed. Then I said to myself "Hello you are 50 now. Born in India in 1974 and in totally different culture. How come you understand sense of humor of kids between 1940s to 1950s. It was the time when TV was a craze and a new toy". When I was kid in 1980s, I used to watch Didi's comedy show and I would laugh so much. Now I don't laugh at them. But as a kid I watched Charlie Chaplin Shows and I still like them. I regret what I wrote.
